WONOM Showroom

Terms of service

Updated 17 September 2026 · Eesti keeles

These terms apply to a business that creates a WONOM Showroom account and adds the try-on button to its online store. The service is for businesses only.

1. The parties and the service

The service is provided by Wonom Digital OÜ (registry code 17580154, VAT EE103020181, Juhkentali 8-5, 10132 Tallinn, Estonia), “WONOM” or “we”. The business that creates the account is “the store” or “you”, and a visitor to the store's website is “the shopper”.

WONOM Showroom is a virtual fitting room. A button is added to the store's product page. The shopper adds a photo and, in about 15 seconds, sees an AI-made image of themselves with the product, and a short video if they ask for one. The store's dashboard shows how many fittings and add-to-cart clicks there were and, if the store has set it up, the revenue from tried-on products.

By signing up you confirm that you act for a business and may accept these terms on its behalf. Consumer contract rules do not apply to these terms.

2. Your account and stores

  • Keep your password secret. Anything done through your account counts as done by you.
  • Add only domains that belong to you or whose owner has authorised you.
  • The site key is public and sits in the product page's code. The server key must stay on your server: do not put it on a page or share it.
  • One account can hold as many stores as its plan allows.

3. Plans, allowance and payment

PlanPriceAllowance per billing periodStores
Atelier (trial)€0 for 14 days100 fittings and 5 films1
Studio€149 a month or €1,490 a year750 fittings and 30 films a month1
Brand€399 a month or €3,990 a year2,500 fittings and 150 films a monthup to 5
  • Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to your country and VAT number.
  • Plans are paid in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • The allowance is a hard limit, not a meter. When it runs out, the shopper sees a notice and no fitting is made until the period renews or you buy a pack. Nothing is added to your bill that you did not buy first.
  • A pack (500 fittings for €49 or 25 films for €29) lasts until it is used up, and for 12 months after purchase at most. It is used after the plan's allowance, oldest first. Packs are not sold during the trial.
  • The fitting button works only on domains you have verified as yours in the dashboard (a meta tag on the store's front page or a DNS record). The free trial is given once per domain: if the domain was already verified under another account, this account's trial ends when the domain is verified.
  • Unused plan allowance does not carry over to the next period and is not refunded.
  • So that one day cannot use up a month, a store's daily allowance is at most three times its plan's average day. The store can also set limits per shopper. The service also has a shared daily safety limit for all stores; when it is reached, fittings may pause until the next day.

4. Changing or ending a plan

  • A higher plan starts at once and the price difference is prorated. A lower plan starts at the end of the period.
  • If the new plan allows fewer stores, the newest stores are paused. Their button tells shoppers that the fitting room is not open.
  • You can cancel your plan on the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, and the paid period is not refunded.
  • You can close your account on the dashboard's Account page. Closing ends the plan at once, without a refund, and deletes your stores, their data and your login. Invoices stay with Stripe and in our accounting for as long as the law requires.

5. What the store must do

  • Tell your shoppers that you use WONOM Showroom, and link to our privacy policy from your own privacy information.
  • To count add-to-cart clicks and revenue, the widget keeps a cookie in the shopper's browser. In the EU this needs the shopper's consent: connect it to your consent banner (the plugin's “Mõõtmise nõusolek”, measurement consent, setting in WordPress, otherwise data-consent).
  • Do not offer fittings on products made for children.
  • Use the button only on your own products and on product images you have the right to use.
  • Do not try to get around limits or protections, do not load-test the service, and do not resell or share access.

6. Use by shoppers

Before the first fitting, the shopper accepts the widget's terms. Under them, fittings are for adults. The shopper may only use a photo of themselves or of a person who has clearly agreed, and the photo must not show minors. The shopper may download and share the image and video made. We may stop fittings in case of misuse.

7. AI results

The image and video are illustrations made by AI, not a promise about the product's fit, colour or size. Results can contain mistakes. The image and video carry a visible mark saying they were made by AI, and a downloaded image carries the same in its metadata; the mark must not be removed. The store remains responsible to the shopper for the product's properties.

Your product data and images remain yours. You allow us to use them only to provide the service. We do not use shoppers' photos or results for marketing or to train AI.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but interruptions can happen because of maintenance, failures at our subprocessors or daily limits of the image model. The service keeps developing. We give notice by e-mail of material changes that affect how you use it.

9. Liability

We are liable only for direct damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Indirect damage, such as lost profit, is not compensated. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage arose. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

10. Data protection

For shoppers' data, the store is the controller and WONOM is the processor. The data processing agreement for this is part of these terms. How we process account data is described in the privacy policy. Subprocessors are listed on a separate page.

11. Suspending an account

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are materially breached, a payment remains unpaid, or the service is used unlawfully. We give notice first where that is possible.

12. Changes to these terms

We give notice of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can close your account before it takes effect. If you keep using the service, you are taken to accept it.

13. Law and disputes

Estonian law applies to these terms. Disputes are first settled by negotiation, then in Harju County Court.
